Empty the Peach Jel Dessert sachet into a medium mixing bowl. Add the hot water and stir to combine. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the Jel has absorbed into the water and it cools slightly.
Add the Vodka or Rum and stir.
Pour the mixture into individual shot glasses or cups. Garnish each with a peach ring and fresh mint.
