French Toast

low carb bread

cup
egg whites

almond milk

packs of stevia
▢

tsp
vanilla extract
Tres Leches

hot almond milk

coconut milk powder

Simply Delish Peach Jel

chopped strawberries
(for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the egg whites, almond milk, stevia and vanilla.
1/2 cup egg whites,
3 tbsp almond milk,
5 packs of stevia,
1 tsp vanilla extract
Soak each bread and stack them in a baking dish.
4 slices low carb bread
Bake for
18 minutes
.
Mix the ingredients for the tres leches.
1 cup hot almond milk,
2 tbsp coconut milk powder,
1 tbsp Simply Delish Peach Jel,
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
Create some holes in the baked french toast using fork and top with the tres leches mix.
Serve and enjoy!
