Ingredients

Banana Pudding

  • 2 small frozen bananas +1 more banana to mix in
  • 1 scoop dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • 1 packet Simply Delish Instant Vanilla Pudding Banana Pudding Now Available!
  • 1 ¼  cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash cinnamon
  • pinch salt

Healthy Nilla Waffers

  •  ⅓ cup almond flour + 2 tbsp
  •  ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions

Healthy Nilla Wafers

  • Combine all ingredients.
  •  Bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.⁣

Banana Pudding

  • Whisk Instant Pudding Mix with oat milk. ⁣
  • Combine with all other ingredients (except the extra banana) in a blender.
  • Add in the extra banana (sliced), crush ⅔ of the nilla wafers and fold to combine
  • Freeze 3 hours minimum. ⁣
  • Top with remaining ⅓ nilla wafers.⁣
