Valentines Chocolate Raspberry Candies

Ingredients
- 2 Cups sugar free dark chocolate melted (or dairy free for vegan)
- 2 Cups sugar free white chocolate melted (or dairy free for vegan)
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Raspberry Jel
- 2 Cups frozen raspberries
- ¼ Cup water
- Small heart mold
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add in the frozen raspberries and water. Let thaw and stir occasionally till it reaches a simmer2 Cups frozen raspberries, 1/4 Cup water
- Add in the sachet of Simply Delish Raspberry Jel mix and stir. Let simmer for a couple more minutes then remove from heat and chill1 Sachet Simply Delish Raspberry Jel
- Put the chilled raspberry jam mixture, melted white chocolate and melted dark chocolate into individual plastic bags to pipe them2 Cups sugar free dark chocolate, 2 Cups sugar free white chocolate
- Fill the heart molds half way with chocolate. Then pipe in a layer of raspberry jam in the middle. Finish with more chocolate on top to seal in the fillingSmall heart mold
- Refrigerate the chocolates for a couple of hours until set
- Remove from the mold and enjoy!

Where would one find sugar-free dark chocolate or white chocolate? I have all your pudding products, much enjoyed, although someone should come up with an ice cream machine recipe????? Going to try and come up with one! Looking into the “gel” product. Cheers!
