Ingredients

  • 1 Sachet Simply Delish Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Cocoa Bar In A Jar Iced Oatmeal Cookie spread
  • 1 ½ cup rolled or quick oats
  • ½ cup finely shredded carrot
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 ½ tbsp sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • tsp salt
  • cup walnuts plus more for topping
  • cup raisins plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a single serve baking pan.
  • Add the Simply Delish Vanilla Protein Powder, half of the rolled oats, milk, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to a blender and blend on high until fully combined.
    1 Sachet Simply Delish Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1 1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt
  • Add the remaining oats and pulse quickly to mix. Add carrots, walnuts and raisins, and fold in with a spatula.
    1/2 cup finely shredded carrot, 1/8 cup walnuts, 1/8 cup raisins
  • Transferred to the baking dish and top with additional walnuts and raisins.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Remove and let cool before drizzling the Cocoa Bar In A Jar Iced Oatmeal Cookie spread on top. Enjoy!
