Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix (@pillsbury)
  • 1 Box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk (@califiafarms)
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • Cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste

White Chocolate Ganache

  • 6 oz white chocolate @choczero
  • cup heavy cream
  • Sprinkles (sugar free)

Instructions

Cake

  • First mix the pudding with almond mix till nice and creamy.
    1 Box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • Then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    1 yellow cake mix, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, Cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste
  • Put in a cake pan or any silicon muffin molds you have.
  • Make sure to spray with release. Bake 350 °F for 12 to 15 minutes. You may need more time if you do it as one big cake.

White Chocolate Ganache

  • Heat cream and pour over chocolate.
    2/3 cup heavy cream, 6 oz white chocolate @choczero
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes then mix.
  • Spread over your cake or cookies and add sprinkles. Enjoy!
