Pumpkin Cheesecake Cream Cupcakes
Fall is in the air, and so is the smell of pumpkin cheesecake cream cupcakes. These delicious cupcakes are considered Fall in a cupcake liner. The creamy filling is that of cheesecake. Who doesn't love pumpkin cheese in the form of a cupcake. These cupcakes are so delicious, you'll be wanting them for dessert and breakfast!
Servings: 5 cupcakes
- 1 packet Lakanto Pumpkin Spice Mix
Pumpkin Cheesecake Cream Filling
- 1 packet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 15 drops Oooflavors Cheesecake frosting
Make Pumpkin Spice Mix from Lakanto according to package instructions.
To make the filling, mix the Simply Delish Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, cream and almond milk until thickened.
Once fully incorporated, add in the pumpkin and Oooflavors cheesecake flavoring.
Let set in the fridge to thicken.
Once fully thickened, frost the top of the Pumpkin Spice Cake with the Cheesecake Cream Filling.
Drizzle with caramel & pumpkin Choc Zero syrups.
Crumble up some Pumpkin Spice Lolli's Cookie Clusters on top then sprinkle a little bit of pumpkin pie spice.
