I've tried all the flavors of their pudding and I love each of them. Strawberry, chocolate, vanilla are all absolutely delicious and the beauty is I can literally make them in 2-3 minutes, no cooking or waiting for them to cool in the fridge. I especially loved the vanilla, it almost tasted more like custard than the pudding I'm used to. I originally only got them to sample before I gifted them to my vegan friend, but I'm definitely getting more for myself! So fast to make and pretty low on calories, these puddings saved my diet quite a few times now.
I bought 1 of each flavors, of all the pudding and gelatin. This was the first flavor I tried. I noticed right away that the pudding was salty. Then I looked at the sodium content, wow. Pudding is supposed to be sweet, not salty.

Have enjoyed this flavor even though I probably won't make it as often as the chocolate or vanilla. It's very good and has a great amount of flavor . It's really good prepared and folded into a mix of cream cheese, sweetened cream whipped together. Top with some fresh strawberries and it makes a great no-bake cheesecake. For a low carb crust, mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener and press in the bottom of your dish.
It tasted cooked didn't thicken as much and I am glad I found a sugar free option for gelatin dessert which doesn't have gelatin as an ingredient
Finally a dessert that I can eat with no regrets attached, and they are all delicious!
