HOW TO MAKE OUR SUGAR-FREE PUDDINGS
READY IN 5 MINUTES
- Beat 1 packet into 2 cups of milk (or 1¼ cups of milk substitute: oat, soy, almond or coconut) using a whisk for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- For a delicious hot pudding – heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
