Banana Pudding is my absolute favorite flavor! Love the taste and texture.
I was following a recipe for a lower carb banana bread (made with almond flour and monk fruit sweetener) but I was short one egg and one banana. On a whim, I added a box of this pudding mix and about half a cup of non-dairy milk to the batter instead. It is seriously the best banana bread I've ever made - hubby agrees!! Making it this way from now on!
Banana pudding is my favorite guilty pleasure and I was really missing it after going my low carb. Bought this on a whim and am sooo glad I did. Added 2 packages to some homemade whipped cream and it’s a like a little bowl of heaven. All of the flavor of banana pudding - none of the guilt. Can’t wait to try all the flavors!
