Anyone who cares about the ecological crisis caused by depleted numbers of honeybees will enjoy eating Un-Honey, a completely natural and plant-based replacement to Bee Honey. The Single Origin Food Co. worked with carefully selected farms to grow and craft single-ingredient organic nectars that don’t include artificial additives or preservatives while also mimicking the taste and texture of honey. Three flavors are available: blonde (delicate and floral), amber (warm and fruity), and copper (chocolatey and caramelly).

For the 5th year in a row, gfJules mixes have been voted number 1 in the gluten-free community. You can now find more than 400 recipes, tips on reducing gluten, and gluten-free mixes and flours for baking on the gfJules website. Jules Shepard (the company’s namesake) created her own gluten-free five-flour blend after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 1999 and not being able to find a decent flour alternative.
