Ingredients

Jel Dessert

Whipped Peach Frosting

  • ½ packet Simply Delish Peach Jel
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar-substitute
  • 8 drops One on One Flavors toasted coconut
  • 1 pinch xanthan gum

Instructions

Jel Dessert

  • Prepare half packet of Peach Jel as instructed first. Layered at the bottom and let set.
  • Then do the same with the raspberry flavor, pouring it over the set peach.

Peach Whipping Cream

  • With the other half of the peach packet, prepare whipped topping.
  • Whip heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar substitute.
  • Add One on One Flavors toasted coconut, and a pinch of xanthan gum.

Assemble

  • Once Jel is fully set, piper the whipped peach coconut topping on top and sprinkle with fresh raspberries and toasted unsweetened coconut!
