Ingredients

For The Donuts

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp unflavored protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Sachet Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 OZ light cream cheese
  • cup light sour cream 
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • ½ tsp lemon extract 
  • ½ cup @swervesweetie
  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 egg whites

For The Glaze

  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered @swervesweetie
  • 2 tsp water

Instructions

For The Donuts

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Combine flours, protein powder, baking powder and Simply Delish Jel Powder.
    1 cup coconut flour, 1 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp unflavored protein powder, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 Sachet Simply Delish Strawberry Jel
  • In a separate bowl, add butter and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute and stir well until melted.
    1/2 cup butter, 3 OZ light cream cheese
  • Add sour cream, extracts and sweetener to the butter and cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
    1/3 cup light sour cream , 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract , 1/2 tsp lemon extract , 1/2 cup @swervesweetie
  • In a blender, puree strawberries, lemon juice and water.
    10 strawberries, 2 tsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp water
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir in the strawberry puree. Once combined, stir in egg whites until smooth.

  • Scoop batter into a Ziploc bag and cut a slice in the corner. Pipe into 12 greased donut molds and bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely before removing from donut pan.

For The Glaze

  • Put the strawberries, heavy whipping cream and water into the blender then puree. Whisk in the powder sweetener.
    6 strawberries, 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 2 tsp water, 1/4 cup powdered @swervesweetie
  • Drizzle over the donuts and enjoy!
