Me and my girls are having all the Valentine’s Day vibes over here, so we took our dessert to the next level with this deliciousness!

๐™Ž๐™ž๐™ข๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™ฎ ๐˜ฟ๐™š๐™ก๐™ž๐™จ๐™ is the star of this show with their raspberry sugar-free jel. By pairing it with whipped cream and raspberries, we made the perfect parfait. The tart-to-sweetness ratio is perfect.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare raspberry jel as instructed on the package.
  • Pour jel into silicone molds (I used 6 large half round molds), and let jel set in fridge for about 3 hours.
  • Once the jel is firm, layer in a dessert cup with raspberries and whipped cream.
  • Top with more raspberries, if desired.
