Ingredients
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Lemon Pudding
- 1 Sachet Simply Delish Raspberry Jel
- 2 Cups milk or soy milk or milk substitute
- ⅓ cold water
- 1 Cup frozen raspberries
- Mini shortbread tart shells store bought or homemade
- Powdered sugar for topping
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Make the Simply Delish Sugar Free Lemon Pudding according to box instructions using milk of choice.1 Sachet Simply Delish Lemon Pudding, 2 Cups milk or soy milk
- Add frozen raspberries to a medium sauce pan over medium low heat. Simmer and stir until thawed.1 Cup frozen raspberries
- Dissolve the Simply Delish Sugar Free Rasberry Jel into the 1/3 cup cold water. Whisk it into the simmering raspberries and remove from heat And let cool.1 Sachet Simply Delish Raspberry Jel, 1/3 cold water
- Transfer the prepared Lemon Pudding and Raspberry Jel into piping bags.
- Pipe the Lemon Pudding into the tart shells, then pipe the Raspberry Jel into the center.Fresh raspberries, Mini shortbread tart shells
- Top each tart with a fresh raspberry and sprinkle with powdered sugar to enjoy!Powdered sugar for topping
