Ingredients
Crust Ingredient:
- 1 @soooketolicious Sweet Vanilla Crust
Orange Pumpkin Spice Filling Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese cubed & soft
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 boxes Simply Delish Orange Jel
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Keto Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese cubed & soft
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ tsp Stevia
Instructions
Directions (Crust):
- Place @soooketolicious Sweet Vanilla Pie Crust in a pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes to mold crust to pie pan, let cool
- Once crust is molded to pie pan, bake again for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees
- Let pie crust cool, then add Orange Pumpkin Spice Filling
Directions (Orange Pumpkin Spice Filling):
- Beat softened cream cheese & vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy
- Add in Orange Jel Dessert powder + Pumpkin Spice and mix. Add in heavy whipping cream until smooth and set aside
- Once pie crust is completely cooled, spread cheesecake mixture on #soooketolicious crust, top with Keto Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions (Keto Cream Cheese Frosting):
- Mix Vanilla + Stevia + softened Cream Cheese with an electric hand mixer until smooth
- Top onto the filled crust + pie filling
- Refrigerate for 3 hours and enjoy!
