Keto Mini Chocolate Cream Pies
Did someone say personal pies?! These mini pies are the perfect portion size if you're looking for a chocolatey dessert. A typical chocolate cream pie can be enjoyed by many but this recipe is perfect if you're not willing to share. With only seven ingredients, you can't go wrong with this easy, keto dessert recipe.

Ingredients
- 1¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tbs Cacao powder
- 2 tbs Swerve Sweetie granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 packet Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- 1¼ cups almond milk
- Cool Whip
- sugar-free chocolate shavings
Instructions

Mix together almond flour, cocoa, swerve & melted butter until well incorporated.

Press approximately a 1 ½ tablespoon in the bottom of the cupcake cups or desired trays.

Bake 350° Fahrenheit for approximately 10 minutes and then let cool.

Next, beat Simply Delish Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix with almond milk using hand held or electric beater for 2 minutes.

Spoon pudding onto pie crust and smooth out evenly. The place in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.

Spoon Cool Whip over Chocolate Pudding and smooth out evenly. Place in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.
