If you’re a gummy bear fan, this recipe is for you! You won’t believe how easy and fun these are to make using any flavor of our Simply Delish Gel Dessert!
approx. 60 gummy bears
ZERO net carbs per serving
- 1-0.7 oz packet Simply Delish Jel Dessert (any flavor)
- 4 teaspoons powdered unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup of water
Place the gummy bear mold on a large baking sheet.
This will make it easier to transfer after the molds are filled.
Add the Jel dessert, gelatin, and water to a small saucepan. Dissolve crystals over low heat until completely dissolved and slightly warmed about 2-4 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and, working quickly, use the dropper from the gummy bear kit to fill cavities. If you don’t have a dropper, you can also very carefully pour the mixture over the gummy bear molds, and wipe off any excess spill-over with a butter knife.
Transfer to the refrigerator to set for least 1-2 hours for best texture. Pop out of the molds and enjoy. Store gummy bears in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
