Keto Cream Puffs
Replacing the high carb pate a choux with cloud bread really works here! Have you made cloud bread?
Servings: 8 Cream Puffs
Ingredients
Keto Cream Filling
- 1 packet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half and half
Keto Cloud Bread
- 1 egg, separated
- ⅛ tsp cream of tartar
- 1.5 oz cream cheese, softened
- sugar-free chocolate @ChocZero
- confectioners sugar @swervesweetie
Instructions

Make pudding and place in the fridge to set.

Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

In a second bowl, whip the yolk and cream cheese until fluffy and fully incorporated.

Fold the egg whites gently into the yolk mixture to not deflate the egg whites.

Pipe this mixture in small circles onto a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. All ovens vary, don’t over cook them. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the pan.

Slice in half and fill with the pudding.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
