Ingredients

Churro Cupcakes

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Horchata Frosting

Instructions

Churro Cupcakes

  • Preheat Oven to 350° F.
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
  • Add mixture to cupcake tray lined with cupcake liners and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Horchata Frosting

  • Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until well combined.
  • Add mixture to a pipping bag and pipe your cupcakes using your favorite technique.
