Healthy Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 packet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 1¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 package Miracle Noodle rice (as the tapioca pearls)
- 2 drops Oooflavors cinnamon danish swirl flavor optional
- ground cinnamon for topping
Instructions

In a stand mixer, make the Simply Delish Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix according to box instructions using the unsweetened non-dairy milk.

As the pudding is whipping together, add in the cinnamon danish swirl flavor drops.

Once the pudding is fully incorporated, fold in one drained package of Miracle Noodle rice.

Serve immediately topped with ground cinnamon or store in an air tight container in the fridge.

Could I add fresh fruit to pudding mixes in general? How would this change the pudding? Can I add fresh fruit to any of my pudding mixes? Thank you

Hi Stacey! Yes you can add fruit to the puddings. We highly encourage it as well! As for the Jels, watch out for highly acidic fruit as they might interfere with the jelling process.
