Ingredients

  • ½ loaf Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Bread
  • 1 Sachet Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • Whipped Cream of choice dairy free, sugar free, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Break the bread into large chunks and place in the baking pan
  • First, whisk the eggs until light and frothy then add in milk, cinnamon, and pudding mix. Whisk again until combined.
  • Pour melted butter over the bread and half of the Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding mix.
  • Push down the bread with a spatula, then pour over the remaining pudding custard.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes
  • Cut into squares to serve and top with whip cream and enjoy!
