Cinnamon Apple Pie Parfait
It is officially Thanksgiving week. The holidays have arrived! Indulge in a simple and healthy Cinnamon Apple Pie Parfait during your next gathering. Fun Fact, Thanksgiving Day is also National Parfait Day this year.

Servings: 1 parfait
- 1 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 drops apple @oooflavors
- 4 drops cinnamon roll @oooflavors
- 2 apples pealed and diced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- ¼ cup brandy
- ¼ cup brown sweetener @swervesweetie
- 1 package graham crackers crumbled
- whipped cream
Prepare the Simply Delish Instant Vanilla Pudding according to the box mixing with milk.1 box Simply Delish Vanilla Pudding, 2 cups of milk
Add in the apple flavor & cinnamon roll flavor. Place in refrigerator to chill.4 drops apple @oooflavors, 4 drops cinnamon roll @oooflavors
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the brandy ,sweetener & apples. Stir to combine & simmer for about 10 minutes.2 apples, 1/4 cup brandy, 1/4 cup brown sweetener @swervesweetie , Pinch salt
Then stir in the cinnamon, remove from heat & completely cool.1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place the graham crackers in a plastic baggie and smash with a rolling pin to create the crumble layer of the parfait.1 package graham crackers
Layer the parfaits however you want. This recipe layered pudding, whipped cream, apples, graham crackers, & then repeated.
Top with more whipped cream & sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!whipped cream
