Chocolate Pistachio Pound Cake
There's nothing quite like freshly baked bread, especially when it's a pound cake! This chocolate pistachio pound cake with have your home smelling like a baker's kitchen! This recipe features clean ingredients and requires no yeast.
Servings: 1 pound cake
- 1 cup gluten-free baking powder
- ½ cup vegan cocoa
- 2 tbsp Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ cup cashew milk
- 2 egg whites or 1 flax egg
- 2 tsp liquid stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup pistachios chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F, line a loaf pan.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, besides milk.
Stir in the dry mixture to the wet, pouring in ¼ cup of milk at a time.
Even spread batter into pan, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the top feels firm to the touch. enjoy!
