Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

This crowd-pleaser of a recipe features all things delicious and nutty! If you're a fan of peanut butter and chocolate, then this recipe is for you! Each layer in this bar is bursting with flavor. Between the cheesecake to the chocolate to the peanut butter, we can't recommend this recipe enough!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 Cut da Carb flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted for brushing
  • Sukrin golden sweetener
  • Flavor God Chocolate Donut Blend flavoring

Cheesecake Layer

  • 2 8oz blocks of cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup erythritol/stevia blend
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 drops One on One Flavor cupcake flavoring

Chocolate Layer

Vanilla Layer

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F & grease 9” cake pan.
  • Place one flatbread in the bottom of dish folding sides under to fit.
  • Brush with butter and sprinkle with golden sweetener & chocolate donut blend. Repeat once more.
  • Whip cream cheese, peanut butter & sweetener together until fluffy. Then add eggs + extract, mixing until fully combined. Pour over crust & bake for 40 minutes then allow to cool completely.
  • Whip chocolate pudding layer ingredients together until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whip vanilla pudding layer ingredients together.
  • Once cooled layer chocolate pudding over the cheesecake & then vanilla layer over chocolate. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Top with crumbled Lolli's Cookie Clusters peanut butter macadamia cookie clusters, sugar free chocolate chips & a PB drizzle.
  • Store in refrigerator & enjoy!
