Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding (powder)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup alullose
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup vanilla whey protein
  • 3 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Mix the chocolate pudding mix with flour, flaxseed and alullose in a bowl.
    2 tbsp Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding, 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup alullose, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • Add the water and pour in a silicone loaf dish.
    3/4 cup water
  • Mix the greek yogurt, whey protein, and pour over the chocolate base.
    1 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein
  • Top with almonds and coconut.
    3 tbsp chopped almonds, 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Freeze overnight.
